I felt I was at the top of a slippery slope. The person in the Service Dept. felt my pain as I looked at the estimate. He stated my options and referred me to an advisor. She guided me through several options. We looked at a vehicle that had my attention. She helped me to understand the ramifications of buying or leasing. I took info home to evaluate. The next day I returned to discuss my options with Willie Lemle. I listened to his explanations of my options, took a test-drive with a friend, and reached a decision. He had my attention because this was my third vehicle from him. A day later (and a whole stack of paperwork!) I drove home in a new, leased vehicle. At no time did I feel any pressure to repair, buy, or lease. I am comfortable with the decision I reached because they gave me complete information and time to ponder it. More
