Overall I was happy with the experience. I got the price I wanted, and they transferred the car to West Bend from another one of their locations so I could check it out before buying. However, I didn’t get I wanted, and they transferred the car to West Bend from another one of their locations so I could check it out before buying. However, I didn’t get a return phone call until hours after my first call, and I had to wait for over 90 minutes after purchasing the car to be able to drive it away. Not enough service staff on a Saturday. More
