Called to see when car would be ready, told someone would call me back, waited hours for a callback. I called back a second time and couldn’t reach anyone. THE NEXT DAY I called again and finally reached som call me back, waited hours for a callback. I called back a second time and couldn’t reach anyone. THE NEXT DAY I called again and finally reached someone in service. He said he received my message and was “just about to call me back” I could tell he was obviously lying because he didn’t even know which vehicle I was calling about. Horrible communication. My vehicle was in for new tires, was in for 3 days. More

Scheduling service was tedious having to call during business hours and being transferred multiple times before speaking with a service scheduler. There were a decent amount of appointment options for different days and times. The dealership as a whole, garbage. They conduct dishonest business dealings and support each other’s shady practices. I bought my vehicle in January 2022 and I still am just as upset and frustrated as I was 6 months ago. I emphatically and whole-heartedly regret buying my vehicle through this dealership. More
