Lacking talent Service advisor, Mark was professional and knowledgeable. However, my vehicle still had issues when I picked it up later that day (check engine light Service advisor, Mark was professional and knowledgeable. I would think this would have been cleared by the mechanic before parking it in the lot and saying it was finished. Then the scan on the engine was a totally different issue. No one in service department so had to drive it questionably until the following week. Turns out the "mechanic" forgot to plug in some components when he finished with the original problem. I stopped going to Heiser for service shortly after purchasing my truck due to sloppiness (oil on console and steering wheel, seat repositioned, grease on pedals) that was not addressed after the first time it happened. I think Heiser needs to reevaluate Customer Service on many levels besides selling a new vehicle. More
