We have had our chevy hhr in for the same problem 3 times. Today the car doesn't start again after we have only had it back for 2 days and they had it for 7 days. Same problem, no solution. We paid 900 times. Today the car doesn't start again after we have only had it back for 2 days and they had it for 7 days. Same problem, no solution. We paid 900 dollars to replace the bcm. We paid another 1400 dollars to replace the fuel lines while it was there. 2300 dollars, about 15 days in the service center at heiser chevrolet over the last month and still no resolution. Brought in our work van for 3rd attempt at fixing a sensor. Appointment was on Monday. By Wednesday I had not heard anything and called the service department. On Wednesday it took for me calling from sensor. Appointment was on Monday. By Wednesday I had not heard anything and called the service department. On Wednesday it took for me calling from 8am until 3pm to get told the van hadn’t even been looked at until Wednesday afternoon. My appointment was for Monday. When asked why it hadn’t been looked at “we’re busy” was the generic response. I left voicemails on the service managers voicemail, the dealership general manager, as well as several verbal messages with people who answered the phone in the service department but couldn’t provide an answer.
