My experience was awful. The service notes for my appointment were not read fully and clarification was not asked for until I pushed back. My services were delayed due to a machine breaking while my car was on it, which was not communicated to me until I called to figure out why there weren't updates after three days. Then, I find out later my keys were lost and the rep was not transparent about that. At one point, my entire vehicle was unaccounted for and I had to walk the lot to find it for them. The loaner was also not communicated to the team so it was not ready when I showed up to get it. Then when my car was finally ready, I left the lot and within minutes my tire was low on air showing it had not been fixed so I had to go in again. The only positive was working with Asha. She was a pleasure. More
My first time at this shop location and with a new insurance company (Progressive). I was having issues with them taking forever to approve my claim. Instead of turning me away with no vehicle to use insurance company (Progressive). I was having issues with them taking forever to approve my claim. Instead of turning me away with no vehicle to use while my car was at the shop waiting to get fixed they gave me a rental. They didn’t have to do that at all and I’m so grateful that they understood my situation and put their trust in me to let me use the rental. They also earned my trust and earned a loyal customer. I’m very satisfied with the service writer and the professionalism she showed upon and during my visit. Although arriving at my vehicle after service. I noticed oil smear on the exterior driver door and drops of oil on interior driver door. I brought it to service writers attention and she instructed me to return to wait area and when I returned, problem was resolved. I’m very particular about my vehicles and was the main reason that I chose Heiser for service. I was quite surprised and concerned when I had the experience I had. More
