It was frustrating to supposedly need things done/changed they said. Have to trust them but it can be hard when it comes with huge price tag-only good thing is they found rebates that significantly decreased they said. Nice people , but I was told that my first oil change would be free. When I went in for my first oil change I was told that because it was over 1 year since I purchased the truck from Amy at Heiser -We would be free. When I went in for my first oil change I was told that because it was over 1 year since I purchased the truck from Amy at Heiser -West Allis that I would have to pay for it. I paid $50 + for an oil change that was supposed to have been free. I appreciate the dealership for working on the price or it would have been higher. This is the 2nd vehicle I have bought at Heiser. First oil change is free means first oil change should be free with no time limits. I was never told about a time restriction. I had a bad taste in my mouth when I left Heiser. More
