Late service We scheduled the service ahead of time online. We dropped the car off the night before. We called the dealership about 3pm to find out the status and We scheduled the service ahead of time online. We dropped the car off the night before. We called the dealership about 3pm to find out the status and were told the oil change should be done "a little after 4pm". We arrived at 4:10pm and were told it would be only 10-20 more minutes. Finally, at about 5pm we asked about the status and 5 minutes later the service adviser, Rob Jarecki, shows up with an explanation that they were busy and offered a discount on some future service need that he provided a quote sheet for ----- WHY does the dealership take appointments if you don't intend to honor the commitment time for work completion? This is not the only time this has occurred. We were not provided the usual multi colored check list of the status of all the points that your (The Works) advertised service includes. Have you changed the process? It leaves me with the opinion that, with the service adviser's statement of "we are busy", that you probably did not do the status checks I paid for. Regular Oil Change I don't have any serious complaints. The wait to check in was longer than expected; only 2 workers available to assist the customers. Heiser use to place a sticker on the front glass when it's time to bring the car in for oil change. The last 2 times, this has not been done. This is the first time since December (5 months) I took the car in. The service person that waited on me said my tires did not need to be rotated; not enough mileage. I was under the impression this was to be done each time the vehicle was taken in for oil change. No major complaints with service or personnel. More
