Horrible I left the rating of one star because I had my car serviced there and when I got my vehicle back the new car mats I purchased were muddy and dirty lik I left the rating of one star because I had my car serviced there and when I got my vehicle back the new car mats I purchased were muddy and dirty like someone had got in my car with dirty shoes. I also rated it a one star because the serv. station called me asking about if I seen someone else's key that could've been left in my car by mistake. HOW UNPROFESSINAL !!!!!! More

Faults with Used Vehicle At the beginning of August I purchased a used 2014 Ford Escape from Heiser. A month later the vehicle was making a loud noise. I had this looked at At the beginning of August I purchased a used 2014 Ford Escape from Heiser. A month later the vehicle was making a loud noise. I had this looked at and it was discovered that the wheels were loose! I was shocked as my 16 yr old daughter uses this car and that was a huge safety risk. I had to replace all the lug nuts. In addition the wind shield wipers were not aligned properly and not cleaning all water of the wind shield. Left a message for Sales Mgr at Heiser (Paul maybe), still have not heard from him. Explained issues when I came to Heiser and nothing was said in response to the wheel issue. The wipers were repositioned but the motor is still making a noise sounding like it's trying to align them. Car is now booked in for 9/11 to solve this issue. More

After spending $1400, it was deemed the vehicle would need a “phase 2” repair for an additional $1600....without guaranteed success. In the mean time, our bike rack (and my husband’s bike) we subsequently broken by your employees and we were never reimbursed as promised. I was sent on my way with my broken vehicle, damaged personal property, and a $1400 repair bill with nothing to show. This was the worst customer service experience my husband and I have ever experienced and we’re both faithful Ford owners perhaps until now. More
