I can't thank Nick enough! ! I replaced a smashed rear window using a mobile glass service center. After they installed the new window, I could no longer open the tailgate. When ! When I returned to that service center with my complaint, they said, "Sorry, that happens sometimes." Then went to the Heiser Ford Dealership. They totally turned my day around and I am so appreciative! Nick understood my problem and I was able to get my vehicle fixed that very day. Everyone was extremely friendly and professional!! My first appointment got messed up. When I called to check on the second try, they had trouble finding it in the system but said to bring it. I sat there for 3 hours.
