I’ve had my car in for warranty repair several times for several issues. Not once have I received it back with the issues resolved. Communication has improved dramatically but my issues are not repaired. I’ several issues. Not once have I received it back with the issues resolved. Work was done well. No quality complaints. Timing wasn’t great. Brought truck in for diagnostics. Had a 7:00 am appointment. You were supposed to call with an updat No quality complaints. Timing wasn’t great. Brought truck in for diagnostics. Had a 7:00 am appointment. You were supposed to call with an update so I could decide/authorize work. No one called. I called around 3:30. Got the update and authorized work. But an entire day was lost. This pushed it into the weekend. I was without my truck for three or four days for repairs of a part you stock. Could have been done in one day. In fact, that was the plan. More

I was pretty bummed to be charged $200 for them to run a diagnostic, when I already knew what was wrong. I just needed a quote. When I asked about it, they quickly cut the charge in half… so had I not said diagnostic, when I already knew what was wrong. I just needed a quote. When I asked about it, they quickly cut the charge in half… so had I not said something they’d easily charge me more. I get it, it’s a money making business… but that didn’t sit well with me. They also cut the quote quickly when I mentioned another competing quote. I just want an honest shop I can take my car to that I trust to give me the best price and take care of my car. I’ll never take it back there if I can avoid it. More

Salespeople were easy to work with and friendly. The new vehicle I ordered came with several problems which were professionally addressed and fixed. Did not correctly order part despite having credit card payment given when set up service appointment 2+ weeks in advance. Service advisor said he was going to try something out, but never got back to payment given when set up service appointment 2+ weeks in advance. Service advisor said he was going to try something out, but never got back to me. I would have again given him my credit card info again if he had called back. I tried multiple times to contact service advisor. Office staff left messages. No one called me back until quite late. I was told again that the part could not be found. I got a ride to pick up the car. I was told then that they had found the part and they could get me in the next day. I said that I would think about it and let them know in the morning. The next day I called in and said that I would take up their offer. I dropped off the car at 8:30 am. I received a call around noon again saying that they did not have the part. It took multiple calls when the pickup did not arrive. The final time the advisor told me that were several guys available and someone would soon be there. They were. When I arrived, the advisor told me AGAIN that they had found the part! I told him that I did not want to go through the same routine for yet another time. I would not recommend using the Glendale Heiser Ford for any service work. More
