I’m a new client of Heiser Lincoln, and I was impressed with the staff. My car had to go to service then the body shop for some minor work and Heiser handles the transfer. Again, I cannot say enough about with the staff. My car had to go to service then the body shop for some minor work and Heiser handles the transfer. Again, I cannot say enough about the staff, smiles, offered assistance, knowledgeable, and everyone was very professional. I did take advantage of Lincoln’s concierge service which is great, they bring a free loaner and take my car,and bring it back upon completion, and no waiting around a dealership. More

My daughter took her truck in to be repaired. She was informed it would be a week for repair. After a week, she called to check on an update. She was told another week. She made many attempts to She was informed it would be a week for repair. After a week, she called to check on an update. She was told another week. She made many attempts to get a clear date for repair. Without avail, I stepped in to get a timeline, due to, she needed the truck for work and school. The service department did not deem this urgent. So, they took over an entire month to make a repair that took 1 1/2 days and that was only after I came into the shop. I do not want to assume racism was a factor, but what else could it be? Most of the African Americans that were in there were having an issue. Respect is minimal for people of color and implicit bias is evident. Even the service representative, she was rude. Please reevaluate your procedures and practices. Money is the same color! Oh yeah, claiming you are giving a discount by increasing the price and then showing a reduction is not a discount!!! LMBO More
