Bad service. Don’t communicate. I had to keep calling them. Kept my truck for a week. For something that was supposed to be 4-5 hours. They had no loaner. No one Don’t communicate. No one called to let me know my truck was ready, when the work was completed. Even though I had called twice that day, before going to work. My truck wouldn’t start when I went to pick it up, the very next day after calling again and being told it was ready the day before, sorry no one informed you. They had to boost it. Said I needed a battery. Been running find without one. I have even taken it out of state 3 times since then. The work I had done was a recall, even though it was free. It wasn’t my fault and I will never use or recommend this location again. Mercedes is the only person that called me and she was off on all of the other days that my truck was there. Peter is the person that I talked to on the following Monday and Tuesday and he was very apologetic, for he was filling in and thought that someone had called me. More

I took my car in for two recalls (resealing the windshield and the panoramic sunroof). When removing the windshield, it broke. It took six weeks to get my car back, but that is because they couldn’ windshield and the panoramic sunroof). When removing the windshield, it broke. It took six weeks to get my car back, but that is because they couldn’t get the windshield from Ford. However, when I did get my car back, it was very dirty inside. I let someone know right away, and they had someone clean it out, but they did a poor job. Now I have to take it back so they can clean it again. Finally, the two recalls have not be marked as complete. Ford says it is on the dealership’s side and Heiser says it is Ford. More
