Mercedes was great. The rest of the service team I interacted with grumbled to me about not liking their jobs and this not being such a great place to work. I had my truck in for a warranty repair, which took a little more than a week if memory serves, but I was given a loaner car to get me through, so I can't complain about that. Communication was average; again, Mercedes brought it up because the times I got someone else it was either go on hold for five minutes or not get an answer. When I left I felt lucky to be back in my truck but I'm not sure I won't go to Boucher if I ever need warranty stuff done again. More

I came to Heiser Ford for a pair of front tires, and the prices were the cheapest in the Milwaukee area, and way cheaper than by me in Illinois. The dealership was also well staffed with plenty of dilfs in prices were the cheapest in the Milwaukee area, and way cheaper than by me in Illinois. The dealership was also well staffed with plenty of dilfs in sight, plus the cashier lady let me pay with Apple Pay which is unheard of for car dealerships of any make, and combined with the clean and updated interior of the dealership facility, this is the future of Ford. The abundance of dilfs alone is enough of a reason to return, and I will be back when I need more parts. More
They care!! Everyone is friendly. The check-in was great. The receptionist kept us posted with an approximate time that service would be complete. This place has absolutely no transparency. I was quoted for a new water pump and water pump belt at $944. Which if you call any local mechanic, that is an outrageous price. I asked if I could have it towed for a new water pump and water pump belt at $944. Which if you call any local mechanic, that is an outrageous price. I asked if I could have it towed elsewhere and was told I'd be charged a $157 diagnosis fee. It cost a similar amount to have it towed elsewhere to do the repair after being told about this diagnosis fee. So I decided to just go ahead with the repair. Six days after dropping the vehicle off I was told that it was stuck on a rack with the power off, after being told the day prior it would be done that day. I asked if the repair was completed and if the car was just stuck, and was told it was not yet completed and needed 1.5 hours more work. I requested some sort of discount, as I had missed several days of work not having a vehicle, and was apparently too optimistic because I was harshly turned down. I was told they were booking appointments into January and that it's not their fault the power is out. I was not told appointments for routine maintenance had priority over emergency repairs, especially when these repairs are egregiously overpriced. It took another 4 working days for my car to be ready for 1.5 hours of work. And not only did it feel like I was being punished for requesting a discount, I was ultimately charged $1050 for a $944 quote. They charged me $57 for coolant, still charged me the diagnosis fee, . If you need emergency service, do not under ANY circumstance take it to this place. They will take advantage of your situation and charge you through the nose. Thank you for making me learn a lesson on whom to trust. More
