Every time I bring a vehicle there I find leftover screws and parts in the vehicle- most of the service writers pretend they can't see you, and act like you're being pushy because you think a week is too long to keep a car for an oil change. Dealership is deceiving and dishonest. Their service is not in the best interest of the customers. Communication could have been better. The car was not ready when promised. I was told that the car could be ready possibly Wednesday evening but by Thursday for sure. the car wasn't done til ready when promised. I was told that the car could be ready possibly Wednesday evening but by Thursday for sure. the car wasn't done till the following Tuesday. When I picked up the car it was not washed. note: my Mustang had been in for service just previous to my Explorer and it too was not washed when i picked it up. Got me in for an oil change without an appointment. Andy and Cyndi were very professional and attentive. They got me in and out very quickly and made great recommendations as to what services my vehicle may and Cyndi were very professional and attentive. I was very disappointed in my service. I was scheduled for update of computer system (SYNC) and an oil change.You had my car for a week. There was no follow up no one contacted with an update or that my c for update of computer system (SYNC) and an oil change.You had my car for a week. There was no follow up no one contacted with an update or that my car had been received (I had concierge service pick up vehicle and leave a loaner. The following Thursday I called the service department and was informed that the individual who took my auto in had abruptly resigned and no one picked up service orders thus leaving my vehicle and service order in suspense. I asked if there was protocol for communicating with a customer when there vehicle is going to be out of service for an extended period of time. The service rep (who was on loan from another store) stated that there was no protocol. Then I asked him just on general principle if were going to someone car for a longer than usual service period as a service rep would you contact the customer. He stated that he didn’t know. At that I told that he was just walking me around the block and could I speak to a manager. The managers were in a meeting. Subsequently I did receive a call from the manager who stated “the ball was dropped “ This was a frustrating experience. I was disappointed with the lack of professionalism and follow up. I have done business with Heiser for a number of years but this experience will give me pause for future dealings. Half star rating for service experience More
