I had a problem with the service technician forgetting to tell me my door handle inside on the passenger side was not fixed. But I was charged for the part. I would not have realized it was not fixed if my tell me my door handle inside on the passenger side was not fixed. But I was charged for the part. In early May the Heiser service team provided a scheduled lube/oil/filter change plus multi-point inspection on my F-150. That inspection revealed a worn wheel bearing. Because it costs far less to do preventive maintenance versus experiencing a breakdown with attendant towing and wasted time, Heiser restored my vehicle to required systems performance and peace of mind. The service advisor offered a better deal than the coupon I had and further adjusted the cost to negate an overcharge from the last service. I waited for my car, and it was ready within an hour of my appointment. The complimentary car wash did not do a good job on the back of my car (a small CUV), but the rest of it looked great. They were not serving their usual complimentary beverages and snacks due to COVID-19 restrictions (I did miss having my cup of coffee while I waited!), but I was relieved to see everyone practicing social distancing, being careful, some wearing masks, etc. It made me feel safe while I was at the dealership. Knowledgable and helpful I brought my Fiesta in for new tires and service to correct a recall problem. The parts needed for the recall repair were ordered and I was able to u I brought my Fiesta in for new tires and service to correct a recall problem. The parts needed for the recall repair were ordered and I was able to use my car during the wait. Heiser provided me with a car while mine was in the shop for the recall repair. I was told that I didn't need to order a new cover to replace the one broken during an inspection of the recalled part because the new part included its own cover. Everything was done with practically no disruption of my routine. More
