Dealership did the best they could within Ford's warranty program. Car itself has loads of fit and finish issues and should never have passed final inspection and delivered to a dealership. Too bad because my reason for leasing the2019 Flex was based on my 2013 Flex buy. Heiser has done everything within their power but Ford has been the bad guy in this equasion. Will have to consider another product when the lease ends. More
