I had spoken with Brian twice previously regarding this repair - once in person and once on the phone. When I shared the service recall information that he had previously given me, he told me that he had no idea what I was talking about and insisted that he never talked to me. He told me that he was a bartender and had an excellent memory and that he could tell me what my favorite drinks was! Well, this isn't a bar, and I wrote down notes from both our previous conversations, including asking for his name and writing it down! I asked if there is another Brian in service - he said no - and I asked who would say they were Brian if they were not Brian? He said maybe I was talking to Mark, because Mark also has a beard. Brian made sure that the service took twice as long as originally stated, that my vehicle was parked up against a snow pile and in 2 inches of slush, and then never thanked me for coming in...only said your car is ready and walked away. In all the years I have been coming here, this is the first time I have received such poor attitude from a service advisor at your facility. More

Would not recommend I had to take my Ford Escape back 4 separate times. On several occasions, I could not get ahold of anyone in regards to the status of my car service. I had to take my Ford Escape back 4 separate times. On several occasions, I could not get ahold of anyone in regards to the status of my car service. I was charged for an oxygen sensor and several other sensors in order to fix the engine light, but within a day of driving the car, the engine light would turn on again. The tires were not checked as I had asked. I observed the receptionist lie to the general manager regarding her treatment of another customer. Overall, I am very disappointed with this service. I used to go to Heiser Ford for all my service needs. I will not be returning. More
Very professional dealership Brought my 2008 Lincoln in for service oil change etc. Service writer was very friendly and helpful and offered a car wash when the service was done. Brought my 2008 Lincoln in for service oil change etc. Service writer was very friendly and helpful and offered a car wash when the service was done. After my car was serviced the service writer explained what was done to the vehicle. Made me feel like an important customer. I do have one suggestion for the dealership though, when a customer is standing at the service desk, the customer needs to be acknowledged like we’ll be right with you, no matter how busy your are at the service desk. I don’t like being ignored, I can take my vehicle elsewhere for service. More

This is the 3rd vehicle I have purchased from Heiser. Mark Brosseau is by far the best salesman I have worked with in all my purchases, (11 total so far, and still counting).
