I think my experience was average. I was in for tire rotation and multi point inspection. It took 1 1/2 hours which was pretty long. Peter was not that friendly and didn't impress me. I was in for tire rotation and multi point inspection. It took 1 1/2 hours which was pretty long. Peter was not that friendly and didn't impress me. He recommended getting my spark plugs changed, which he said would cost 970.00 to change. That seems outrageous to me for changing spark plugs. Nothing other than what you would expect for a normal visit to the dealership. More
