Reason for visit: I'd like to select both service & new sales. Bought vehicle new AND also service vehicle at Heiser. Heiser is the best dealership I have dealt with in my almost 40 years of buying & new sales. Bought vehicle new AND also service vehicle at Heiser. Heiser is the best dealership I have dealt with in my almost 40 years of buying vehicles for myself and my company. Great communicators, scheduling service is easy, pulling into the garage you are greeted and assisted right away, go inside to check in, staff keeps you updated in the progress of your vehicle. Staff is always clear about what they're doing with the vehicle & why. I've had my Toyota Sienna about 3-4 years, absolutely no servicing issues -- never stranded alongside the road. Only had to do standard maintenance for how many miles is on it (I already have approx. 80,000 miles on it) and a couple of flat tires over the years. Prices good, get in & out pretty quickly. If you have something that takes time, they'll shuttle you to your job & come and get you later, when your vehicle is done. A couple of times over the years, I dropped in without an appointment and was treated very well. Staff is always friendly & efficient. Waiting room is decent while you wait for an oil change, TV, comfy couches/chairs, high tables to work on your laptop; clean bathroom; some complimentary beverages in the waiting room. Everyone is helpful & polite. I'll never go anywhere else now that I've found them. More

Just got an oil change, tire rotation, Brian answered all of my questions about another problem I had with the sliding door. Corey was one of the most efficient and adept service advisors I have ever experienced at Heiser Toyota. He listened carefully, got me in and out as fast as possible (oil change and part) and finished u advisors I have ever experienced at Heiser Toyota. He listened carefully, got me in and out as fast as possible (oil change and part) and finished up with the parts/warranty paperwork after I was gone - love that! Less than 24 hrs after I ordered a cracked luggage rack piece he had it in stock and called me today - that took 7 days last time. Great experience. We were very excited about purchasing a Toyota because of the great experience we had had with our Sommers Subaru. Sommers had set our expectations high and we were looking forward to the fuel economy of the great experience we had had with our Sommers Subaru. Sommers had set our expectations high and we were looking forward to the fuel economy of the Prius and similar service relationship. We brought our Prius in for our 5,000 mile service. We had problems with service form the beginning. The manager said we were not part of the service program which we had bought with out new car. He sad the prius should not be brought in until 10,000 miles. When my wife asked him to look at the headlights because they were aimed too low, he said it was fine and it was just wrong because she was a woman. When she demanded that he look at them he said everything was fine and that he adjusted them, but he did not. We had tested the headlights at an intersection near our house before going in for service, the lights did not cross the intersection. After the service manager said he had fixed it we tested it again, the lights did not cross the intersection. This service manager was very rude and condescending to my wife. Unfortunately since the sales people were very nice we purchased the pre paid service plan and will have to deal with this service manager again. It it fortunate for Heiser that Sommers does not sell Toyota. More
