Awful Communication This has been some of the worst service I’ve received. My car has noted it needed an oil change twice and both times they have sent me back saying the This has been some of the worst service I’ve received. My car has noted it needed an oil change twice and both times they have sent me back saying there was no service needed even though my dashboard continued to say “Service Needed.” We scheduled a third service appointment for another item on the car are currently driving around the parking lot looking for what seems to be a non existent key drop. The first time, wife and daughter came up here to receive an oil change and tire rotation. The service department had the car for over 4 hours and only rotated the tires which thew off future service appointments. The second time, they kept the car for 2 hours to tell us we didn’t need any service done. We asked to schedule out our next appointment and we’re told we could drop the car off after hours and utilize a key drop. I’m currently here, looking for a key drop with no success. Scheduling and rescheduling appointments has been a nightmare as well as I have yet to get a hold of any associates during the work day and their online scheduling has been hard to navigate. I hate leaving a bad review as I’ve had good service from the leasing department, but the service department is the worst I’ve ever had to work with. More
new tires, oil change and a recall from last year. Overall experience was good, as it usually is. My only complaint is that 3 of 4 valve covers were missing off of new tires. Bob was very helpful and friendly. Dana was rude, terrible. I purchased my car here and typically receive great customer service. Dana was rude and refused my business because she said they were too busy unless I purchased my car here and typically receive great customer service. I got a ride so I could leave my car and Bob had my service completed in two hours. Very confused why the whole scenario changed depending on the service representative. Bob was awesome. More
