After coming back and your techs balanced the tires which helped a lot but the tires still have some shake to them and not because they're snow tires. Hoping it's nothing else causing the shake. The tear in the bed cover should have been disclosed in the pics along with the bed liner being cheap foam! You know there is still some paperwork in the truck from NS. More

The last time I had my oil changed, technician did not secure the drain plug and created a slow leak that absorbed into the engine shield and "eventually" dripped slowly wherever I parked , including spot secure the drain plug and created a slow leak that absorbed into the engine shield and "eventually" dripped slowly wherever I parked , including spots on my driveway. I had an independent technician, with me witnessing, take off the shield, which is full of oil, and show me the plug not even finger-tightened. There was oil splattered all around the drain plug, and a quart low on the dip stick. More
