Mixed bag experience I’ll start by saying Vincent was wonderful! He was very helpful and addressed my needs. Overall however the experience entering the service center is I’ll start by saying Vincent was wonderful! He was very helpful and addressed my needs. Overall however the experience entering the service center is subpar. This is my third visit where nobody has he greeted me or acknowledged that I am there waiting. Multiple staff people walked past me, one made phone call after phone call while I stood in front of the counter, and it was very frustrating. I think the staff needs to be trained to at least greet people when they enter the service area to say, “Someone will be with you shortly.” I felt like I was invisible, until Vincent came through and noticed me standing there waiting for help. Thank you Vincent! More

I’ve never owned a hybrid before and I am concerned about how it is running. When I had a phone survey and reported that - I was given a follow up call and told to speak with roger droukas? I left a voicemail but he never returned my call. The service manager who helped me hadn’t set up his voicemail and I could never catch him. After waiting several days, . I went to Andrew Toyota and they figured it out - called Toyota, and got some specific feedback. More

They were all they promised and then some! I had my Tacoma in for regular service and asked for a couple of additional tasks to be done. They got it done almost before I was home! Engine icon went on My. engine icon went on. I called to have this checked. I was told the entire appointment schedule was booked for the next eight days. I said I had My. engine icon went on. I called to have this checked. I was told the entire appointment schedule was booked for the next eight days. I said I had an engine icon on and I felt uncomfortable driving the car. I was told there was no emergency time slots built into to there appointment schedule but I could come in on stand by. I asked if that might mean I could wait six or seven hours before being taken care of. I was told they could not say how long it would take. I did go in on stand by and was on my way home in two hours. I had to change my own plans to have the car taken care because of the uncertainty of waiting time but I was satisfied that I was taken care of in two hours. More
