Heiser Toyota - Service Center

A lot of wasted time. I made an appointment one week in advance to have the bright lights checked out. When I got there on time, they thought they were doing an oil change I made an appointment one week in advance to have the bright lights checked out. When I got there on time, they thought they were doing an oil change and did not know about checking the bright lights. Then I was told it would be an hour before they could get to working on my car. It needed new bulbs which I was told might take another hour. I went to the big window to call my wife when I saw my car being parked and the number being removed.So they were done working on my car. I then sat for another 30 minutes before the bill was ready for me to check out. It cost $162. My wife went to our local service station in Feb. for an emissions test. While there, they noticed a front light burnt out, and changed it in 10 minutes for a total cost of $20 for the bulb and NO labor cost at all. I doubt I will return to Heiser Toyota again. More

I inquired when scheduling my appointment if I had enough for a free oil change and they said yes, just let the office know when I come in. Thus, I went to check out and was told I needed to talk to service. Walked paperwork over there and was told no - that's not what they do and per the dark haired woman that walked over "I didn't have enough even for $10 off and they send a coupon for that in the mail so whatever I was told is not right" - after YEARS of service?! AND being told when scheduling with YOUR staff that I did? To be "nice" Bob said they would only charge me $45 instead of $55 for an oil change. I will NEVER take my cars in there for service again or recommend them for service! That is no way to treat a loyal customer or gain my business for future vehicle purchases... and I have 2 coming up and 1st of our kids will be driving in 2021... More

Everything was great as usual I was warmly greeted and checked- in in a timely manner. The waiting area was clean and warm. Just one little tiny disappointment.
