3 plus hours for routine 5000 mile check is excessive! Minor routine service scheduled @ 2 pm. I arrived at 1:50 and left after 5 missing a scheduled meeting. Driver door seal issue was not taken care of as requested. Based on this disappointing experience, I regret paying for the 150k mile maintenance free " deal" and want to opt out? After 1 1/2 hours, they finally came and told me that it was only my gas cap that needed to be replaced. $89.95 to tell me that. That is why I am not really singing the praises of Toyota now. More

10k check up and oil change Was 10:30 appointment for oil change and 10 k check up, was told 60 mins, ended up being 100 mins. We left and I came back 90 mins later and checked in with all three in service writer area and told to wait in lounge. Finally called me on cell phone and forgot 10 mins later I was 10 feet away. This is our first non GM product and first Toyota. I have not been impressed with service department at Heiser Toyota. Both times we had our brand new 2019 Sienna Limited AWD in for regular 5 & 10 K service, there is no car wash from dealer quick and customer appreciation from the service dept like you want to keep customers coming back to Heiser Toyota for sales and service. More

Once the gentleman went over everything with me he sat the papers at the desk for the cashier to ring me out. I witness the cashier have a friendly conversation with the person in front of me however when I stepped up she looked at me with a blank look and said “Yes!” I responded I am here to pay, and versus her getting the paper work she waited for me to pick it up from where the service rep placed it and hand it to her. No conversation still, no hello etc. she told me my total and that was it. I left the dealership thinking I don’t want to come back because of the receptionist. That was rude customer service. More
