He is professional, respectful and informed about the product he sells. Upon delivery of the vehicle Pete identified a small paint flaw on one of the doors. He immediately and proactively took action to resolve the problem. He acted as a liaison between me and the Heller body shop and arranged a loaner. I doubt if many/any salespeople remain involved with their customers after the sale is complete. He answered all my questions and made the process very easy, I ended up purchasing a 2012 Mitsubishi i-MiEV at a very competitive price. I came down with a trailer, loaded up my car and was on my way. I spent less than an hour at the dealership. I wanted to keep going, I had to drive 250 miles back home.
