Like many dealership, it would take almost all day to complete a sale transaction waiting to agree on the price; going back and forth from the pit boss and the salesman. This was a simple transaction. I knew what I wanted, we talked about price, they gave me a fair offer on the trade in and we talked about options. It seems like I was in and out of there. I had options added to the 2014 Ford Raptor that did not allow me to take the vehicle home that day. However, Salesman, Rich Tom kept me in the loop when parts would be in and OFFERED to deliver the new vehicle to my home, which is 40 miles away. Kudos for going beyond my expectations. That's what customer service is all about. If you have a bad experience you'll tell 100 people. I'm changing things up...I had a positive experience and I'm telling 100,000 people and then some.
