Thanks for the response. I have sent an email to the General Manager as advised and will provide an update of the outcome of his or Kia of Valencia’s intervention towards addressing our complaints publicly in this forum later. Yes the vehicle was bought in January, 2023, but my daughter made several phone calls to the car dealership shortly after buying that vehicle and and observing that the ceiling bodylining started bulging out rapidly. Sadly almost all her calls were unanswered even sometimes while kept on hold and when she finally got someone to speak to, the person told her there is nothing they can do about it. It is an unfair business practice for a big dealership like Kia of Valencia to conceal such major defect in the car they were selling to their customers at their showroom! Please I hope these concerns/complaints can be satisfactorily addressed, as the experience remains a traumatic one for me daughter, who was buying a car for herself for the first time.
