My car has been in their Service for one month. They said it would be one week. Then they either ordered the wrong engine, or received a different engine than the one they ordered but somehow didn' They said it would be one week. Then they either ordered the wrong engine, or received a different engine than the one they ordered but somehow didn't check or notice, or they received a defective engine... the story changes every time they tell it. More than anything, they have NOT CONTACTED ME ONCE YET IN A MONTH. I HAVE CALLED DOZENS AND DOZENS OF TIMES. THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. ALL THE VOICE MAIL BOXES DO NOT RECORD, YOU CANNOT LEAVE A MESSAGE. This morning, now a month in with zero idea what if anything will ever happen to my car, I let the phone ring for 20 minutes straight, never an answer. Manny claims he keeps leaving messages -- we have never gotten a message from Manny, not once. Even after he allegedly had our phone number wrong for whatever reason, and he supposedly corrected it, and he is supposedly calling me back, nope, never has yet. Getting close to calling the police in order to get my car back. All I want is the car back now, forget the incompetent work, just GIVE IT BACK NOW. More
