Work With Wilhelm! We had been searching for a new car across numerous dealerships with mixed experiences until we came to Helms Brothers and met Wilhelm. The dealership We had been searching for a new car across numerous dealerships with mixed experiences until we came to Helms Brothers and met Wilhelm. The dealership itself offers some of the nicest aesthetics creating a very welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. We were pretty confident in what we wanted upon arrival but needed a test drive, pricing, etc. Our search was for a compact diesel SUV with excellent gas mileage and safety ratings. We mainly looked at Mercedes, BMW, Audi. Our experience here was the best. We met Wilhelm who was approachable, extremely knowledgeable, funny, and genuinely interested in us. That last part is key, as he listend closely and was invested in finding us our new car. He found us EXACTLY what we wanted with the packages we wanted - and at the price we wanted too! On top of that he was accessible when we needed to reach him over the next few days, and went out of his way to make sure we were happy.
