"Service experiences excellent"

Andy Lin is knowledgeable, efficient and gets the job done . He makes servicing my car less stressful, and is a pleasure to work with because he states problems clearly, than offers the solutions. I would definitely recommend Helms because of his fine work.

"Disappointing experience "

Overall not a great experience. Needs better customer service. Slow diagnosis in service center and didn't offer loaners. Expected better customer service at helms.

Per the recommendation of Mercedes roadside assistance, I had my car towed to the dealer where we purchased our car (and tire insurance) - Helms Brothers. Normally we use a dealer closer by (Rallye) for service issues since it's easier for me to get there and back, but I went with the suggestion. So glad I did! Carmine Gonzalez had my tires replaced in less than a day, had the car washed before I even asked and then had a shuttle come get me while my kids were in camp...my husband was so impressed that we will be going to Helms for our service needs going forward even though it's not that close to home. Thanks, Carmine!

7 tires 24000 miles said they were cheap tires that you sold me could not get original these ever just as good plus they wear out inside and Mercedes 17 years never had tire trouble except wears they bubble impossible you service car have 1 more year how many more bubbles

We're a bit perplexed by your review. During your last visit, we had noticed that both left side tires had massive bubbles in them due to impact damage from hitting potholes. Both right side tires were heavily worn and mismatched brands, which caused ride disturbance. In January 2017, we replaced both front tires due to impact damage. We were under the impression that you were aware of everything after it was communicated to you when you dropped the car off and when you picked it up. This facility is very nice. All of the service people were very courteous. They gave prompt service. The service writer was kind, and very thorough with regard to my repairs. I would definitely use Helms Bros for all my future repairs/service.
