Don't trust these people. I tried to buy a ford 450. We had agreed upon a price, however there was a problem with the dulies. The tires stuck out way beyond the fenders. This is illegal and an 450. Bottom line is they refused to fix this so they lost a $50,000.00 sale for a $800.00 fix. I think I am going to find out who the Ford regional manager is for So Cal and make sure he knows about this. These people wasted my time (I visited 3 times) and I was unable to purchase the F450 to replace my current company vehicle. This agency claims they have no such vehicle on the lot. It is. It is a White F450 DRW with Steel interior. It is the only one on the lot and listed in their inventory. I purchased my last F450 here (King Ranch) and will not bother again. More

I visited the Hemborg Ford Parts Depatrment this past Thrusday. It was without a doubt, THE BEST experience I have had over the past two months since working on my 2006 F-150. I have been to five South Thrusday. It was without a doubt, THE BEST experience I have had over the past two months since working on my 2006 F-150. I have been to five Southern California dealerships. Four in Orange County. The parts staff has two reps at the counter! The others had one rep and seemed to be more interested in over selling me products I did not need or were interested in directiing me to the service departmet. I am capable of doing the work myself. The Hemborg Ford reps were friendly and knowlegable. They listenend to my questions and as a result I purchased only the parts I needed. This corrected my problems with my truck! No pressure, just people interested in helping me! In the future, I will go to HEMBORG FORD IN NORCO and drive an extra 35 miles. Joe (Trabuco Canyon, CA). More

Being in the area in Ontario i stopped by another dealership, even though they had what i wanted i was given outrageous numbers on buying when i was only interested in leasing, i was tried to put into a car that i was not interested in, my wife and I felt like we were being taken advantage of because of the high numbers. i left and said "lets try our Norco dealership". boy im glad i did. Omar and Lyndon Dole quickly helped me out and got me the Ford Flex i was interested. No pressure No gimmicks , just great service that made me feel comfortable and most important i didnt see money signs in there eyes. i got the monthly payment i wanted with no down payment. My wife and kids were so happy when they saw our new car. i would highly not only recommend those two gentlemen but that whole dealership felt like they were helping the community out. It was fun to buy a truck here. Karl was so helpful. The honesty of the sales representative was very impressive. The price of the truck was under the AAA/Costco quote. This is definitely the place to go to buy a vehicle and we did go to the closest Ford competitor and they were unable to even come close to the price . More
I went in as a first time buyer looking to get myself an F-150. I had been to other dealerships where they had just jerked me around and treated me poorly. On 9/28/2013 my brothers and I looked on the Hemborg website and saw an F-150 I liked. When we walked onto the lot we saw the truck but was priced higher then it was online. Instantly Steve took use in and told me he could get me the online price. He treated me very well and made it possible for me to get a truck at an affordable rate. If you want to get treated right go here and ask for Steve S. the sales man! More
Took our new Ford Fusion in for recall work and basic service. Could not be more pleased, very very friendly, did a great job and on time. I went in to get a routine oil change, thinking i would receive better service at the dealership versus a jiffy lube or something else. Waited about 2 hours and I was on my way with my car checking out to receive better service at the dealership versus a jiffy lube or something else. Waited about 2 hours and I was on my way with my car checking out to be in great shape and a was ONLY recommended 100,000 service soon (I'm a few 1000 miles away) The Very NEXT day my brakes are squeaking. I head to the local auto shop and they said my brakes are gone and have now ruined my rotor. I look over my paperwork and my brake inspection that was done the day before said my brakes were good. I was not given the opportunity to get my brakes fixed with the life-time guarantee I had on them through auto zone because I was told in my inspection I didn't need them. Now I not only needed brakes but a new rotor. The technician failed to perform a proper inspection and caused a safety hazard, as I drive my children around in this truck. The service manager Robert Quintero said that he would only replace the rotor and i had to pay for new brakes and labor, regardless of his team performing a poor inspection and failing to their job duties correctly, which would have allowed me to swap my brakes and avoid and complications. This is a serious problem. Unfortunately with my circumstances spending $105 on brakes was something I can't afford, I explained this to him and said I could have taken care of this at no expense had the inspection been performed properly. To which Robert belittled me and said "Ma'am, it's not that expensive and it's your vehicle so your responsible for the repair." In front of other waiting customers and my children in the waiting room. He has no right to judge or put down someone without any knowing of what they may be facing and to him it may not be expensive but for an unexpected cost it was a lot more then I could afford And shouldn't have had to pay. I asked for the rotor and would have the work done somewhere else at a later time when I could switch the brakes at Auto zone and he refused forcing me to perform the work there or purchase a new rotor and brakes somewhere else. He said he even spoke to the General Manager Mike Baine and he said he was more than fair on their offer. I can't understand how this service is acceptable. I wonder how many other innocent people you guys rip off into forcing them to have the cars repaired there because of poor oil change inspections, maybe you even do this on purpose to force us to return and pay for services that weren't necessary and forced upon us. I sold my vehicle to Hemborg Ford on August 12, 2013. I was told I would have to wait until they (Hemborg Ford) received the Pink Slip for my vehicle before they could give me a check for the remaining bal was told I would have to wait until they (Hemborg Ford) received the Pink Slip for my vehicle before they could give me a check for the remaining balance. The representative (Dutch) who I met with to sign the papers told me the check would go out that day. When I called Hemborg Ford on August 23, 2013 I learned from the Office Manager they (Hemborg Ford) did not mail the check for the pay-off amount to my credit union until August 20, 2013. This was 8 days after I was told the check was going to be mailed. In addition, the check Hemborg Ford mailed had a pay-off amount good until August 22, 2013. Since my credit union did not receive the check until August 23, 2013 the pay-off amount Hemborg Ford mailed did not have sufficient funds to pay off my vehicle. Because of this, Hemborg Ford had to mail a second check, which meant I had to wait even longer until I would be able to receive a check for the balance. When I called to speak to a Manager (Mike), I was told he was with a customer and that he would call me when he was done. However, I never received a phone call from Mike. More
