Customer Relations In previous visits to Hemborg It was a horrible experience. This time however was a 100% improvement! The people were nice and considerate. My vehicles will no longer come to Hemborg for service The wait time for pick up was to long. Ash left inside my Vehicle from fire in area was totally unacceptable. when complaining to manager He said all The wait time for pick up was to long. Service normally I have awesome service, but this last time I was a little bothered, when they rotate tires I do not understand that they me drive away with a normally I have awesome service, but this last time I was a little bothered, when they rotate tires I do not understand that they me drive away with a slashed front tire, I noticed it no one brought it to my attention I would think when you go in for a rotation, the tires SHOULD BE INSPECTED by the Tech, if I wouldnt have never notice and the tire popped there could have been major accident, tore up the front end of my / your Explore "this is a Lease" Luis was great but the TECH should have inspected the tires especially on a Rotation More

Quick and courteous This was my 1st visit to Hemborg Ford. After having the worst experience purchasing our vehicle at a nearby Riverside dealership, I was still bitter a This was my 1st visit to Hemborg Ford. After having the worst experience purchasing our vehicle at a nearby Riverside dealership, I was still bitter about Ford dealerships. The staff was very polite and courteous even at 830 in the morning. The Service manager was the 1st to greet me and i was told it would be approximately 2 hours for completion. A little over an hour later i was on my way home. The staff had the same sincere smiles they had when I arrived. Excellent Service More
