Wow! That’s all I can say. The service is excellent although a little slow. Quality takes time I suppose. Terrible unprofessional. Looks like your years at this industry didn't exactly help you in the customer service dept. I may not be a technician but just like I kept saying from the start of the noise my c industry didn't exactly help you in the customer service dept. I may not be a technician but just like I kept saying from the start of the noise my car was making was indeed a purge valve, and now thanks to your unprofessional ways and complete disregard of fixing my car it now needs a complete cat converter.
