When I started looking for a dodge charger I called many dealers to see the prices of the dodge charger I wanted to purchase. So I called them and all and as usual treated with respect. At first I found a dodge charger at another dealer near to where I lived. To which I found convenient for me since I wouldn't have to go far to do paper work and purchase the vehicle. Long story short I had all the money for the down payment and had all the paper work needed for me to purchase the dodge charger, but some how they ran my application again and that time some how the turn out was not what I wanted to hear. They told me that I was not able to qualify to purchase the vehicle . Yet I didn't understand the fact that I went multiple times before and they said I did qualify. So I ended up not purchasing the dodge charger from that dealer for the lack of good customer service and how they handle a purchase transaction. A few days later I received a call from Robert, where I had called him when I started my search for the dodge charger, and he told me he could work with me. At the moment I did not have enough for the down payment. So I told him that I would need a little more time because of the fact that I had my credit checked multiple time by the dealer that I was working with before and I needed to be sure that I had double the down payment so I would have a better chance getting approved for a loan. Throughout the days I received multiple calls for Robert to check up on me and how I was doing. So after three weeks we tried for a loan and I got accepted. It was nothing to what I had expected, everything was perfect. The other dealer offered me 24.99% interest rate and monthly payment of $450 which was too high for me. But to a surprise at hemet Chrysler dodge jeep RAM they offered me an interest rate that was more than half the interest rate the other dealer was telling me and a monthly payment that was very very very suitable to me. Overall it was a great experience I had at Hemet Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. I would recommend this car dealer to people wanting to purchase a new or used vehicle. More
My experience with Hemet Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram has been as enjoyable as could be going to a new car dealership. Our search started 4 months back but living in a small town never really took off since most as enjoyable as could be going to a new car dealership. Our search started 4 months back but living in a small town never really took off since most dealerships are greater than an hour away. Finally the decision was made that we must start shopping for a new vehicle. Utilizing a partner relationship we came across HCDJR and made the 150 mile round trip to work with our salesperson Robert. Robert was very helpful on the front end by providing details and information over the telephone before making the trek into the dealership. Upon arrival we were greeted with smiles and welcome from the staff. We were promptly seated and started working with Robert including a test drive, checking out a few vehicles and ultimately making a decision on the right Jeep for our needs. The paperwork process was to be expected which seems to just take a little bit of time. I came in pre-approved with USAA bank but may be able to beat the already great rate using one of the dealership partners. The dealership is clean, quiet and seems to have a good core of people working. So far, it seems well worth the drive. More
I decided on purchasing a vehicle from this dealership after being refferd by friends as I needed something newer to replace my older model Corolla. My credit is not the greatest actually so I wanted to make sure I could get approved before going down there so I filled out their online credit application. I called after receiving an email back from their Internet Department and asked to speak to their manager so they transfered me to Sergio Beltran the General Sales Manager who assured me that he would get back to me as quickly as possible and see what he could do before commiting to a loan approval with me and wanted to make sure that he could get me into what I wanted before making me pretty much waste my time as I did with my local dealers and go down there just to let me know I needed a substantial amount of money down. Well within a few hours he called me back and asked me that when did I want to pick up my car. I was extremely happy but still was not 100% sure because I had been told this before locally, before actually realizing that when I went down to my local dealerships that all they were doing was wasting my time as they all just asked me for some stupid amount of money down and then when they realized I didn't have it then they asked me for a co-signer, Whatever! I made it perfectly clear that I lived in Colton and didn't want to waste my time and gas! Sergio told me that would not be a problem so I committed to coming down on the weekend. Well I never went at least not the first time. I originally had planned to but some unexpected expenses came up and I no longer had the down payment to give down as originally discussed. I received a call from Sal Jaime the salesperson the following Monday and asked me if everything was OK? I told him I no longer had the down payment we had talked about with his manager and was going to hold off. He asked me what if they could do it with no money down. I told him that I highly doubted that was possible but I could probably give him $500 down out of the $2000 I originally was going to put down. He calls me I kid you not like 20 minutes later and says I got bad news and good news. Here we go again.... He say's Ok the bad news is we can no longer qualify you for a used car but the good news is how about a new car with a rebate? I said are you kidding me HELL YEAH!! So we setup another appointment on that wednesday and today I am a proud owner of a 2012 Jeep Patriot and I didn't have to trade my vehicle in either!! I don't know how you guys did it but, THANK YOU!! I will be sending all my family and friends your way... More

I was in need of a new car but I was concerned because I have bad credit. I contacted Sergio Beltran (sales manager) because I have previously bought two other cars from him at other dealerships in the pas have bad credit. I contacted Sergio Beltran (sales manager) because I have previously bought two other cars from him at other dealerships in the past. Sergio knew my personal situation and told me that he was going to try his hardest to get me approved. Within one day Sergio contacted me to get more information and ask what type of car I was looking for. At this point I just needed something new and didn't car what it was as long as it was within my budget. Several hours later Sergio sent me pictures of the car however I was still trying to not get too excited because I had been turned down in the past. Within a few minutes of sending me the pictures he notified me that I had been approved. The best part of the whole experience was that we did everything from my home since I live about 150 miles away from the dealership. Even better was that Sergio had Ernie deliver the car to my house. Thanks to Sergio and Ernie I am now the proud owner of a 2012 Chrysler 200 limited edition top of the line model. I would recommend Ernie and Sergio and Hemet Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram to all of my family and friends. More
During my visit to the dealership, I was overall pleased with my experience. I was not hounded like most sales people do once you step foot onto their lot; however, I was acknowledged in a professional mann with my experience. I felt very welcomed during my visit. I asked several questions regarding lease vs. buying and was educated throughly according to my personal driving needs. I left the dealership as I was only "window shopping at the time" and returned 2 weeks later after I was ready to purchase my (new to me) 300. Fortunately, Chris was working and assisted in my entire experience along with manager Mark. Mark is a very pleasant man and down to earth. Mark was not too pushy and made me aware of all the details. I was provided with an overall welcoming feeling regardless if I was ready to make the purchase and that is why I ultimately returned. All the other employees wore smiles and were attentive. So explore your options when car shopping and definately stop by Hemet Chrysler. I could say the possible con is that the store is somewhat small but on the flip side it is brand new and they can transfer vehicles from different dealerhips. More
I personally thought that Chris Owen (Our Salesperson at Hemet Dodge), did a WONDERFUL JOB, of treating my Wife and I with Courtesy and Respect. He is an Asset to Hemet Dodge. Where everything went Downhill is when Ron, (the Finance Manager), came into the picture.His fast talking "I'm going to be your Friend", give with one hand and take with the other", is what shot this Deal down. My Wife and I told Ron what Monthly payment we were comfortable with. We KNOW that the Percentage on the "Work Sheet" that Ron presented to us was 6.99%. So we were FLOORED when he came back with a Monthly payment that was #125.00 MORE (a Month) than what we originally told him we were comfortable with. My Wife and I went home and ran the same numbers through the Edmonds.com loan calculator, and came up with the Monthly payment that we originally wanted. So I emailed our Salesman (Chris)asking him why the BIG difference in the Monthly Payment between Edmonds Payment Calculator and Ron their Finance Manager. He wrote back that he had talked to Ron and He sais that we were mistaken and that the loan percentage was 8.99% (and NOT 6.99%). I told Chris that he was dead wrong, and that BOTH my Wife and I saw the "Work Sheet" and it clearly said 6.99% Adding insult to injury, Ron calls me and leaves a Voice Message with statements like...... "Maybe I didn't make myself clear" , and "Maybe you misunderstood", or "Maybe I didn't explain it thoroughly". That right there, (says to me)..... YOU (the Customer) are wrong,and I'm right". Ron can go on all day about the Percentage rate, but I feel he was just padding the Sale. 2 Days later we purchased a "2011 Dodge Challenger Rally", with EVERY OPTION IMAGINABLE. In fact, they even threw in the upgraded "Mopar Leather" for FREE! I could go on and on about the options, but it would be easier to say, that it had EVERYTHING except the Buttons you can program to open your Garage Door from the Vehicle. When all was said and done, we came Home with the SAME Challenger that Hemet Dodge was going to have Transferred from Moss Bros in Moreno Valley. We ended up buying it 2 days later, directly from Moss Bros at 6.99%!!! That was a Savings of over $4K, that Ron wouldn't budge on the price. On top of that, every Dodge/Mopar option I bought that day, was at DEALER COST! I would NOT recommend Hemet Dodge to anyone, unless they get their act together. When we first went in, they told us they were a "New" Dealership that had only been open 5 Weeks. I can't see how thy could last another 5 Months, treating people the way we were treated! BUYER BEWARE!!! More
