Spoke to Karen when car was left off for Car was in for service to repair pressure hose, antifreeze change, new tires, oil change, blend door repair. Spoke to Karen when car was left off for servicing. Immediately she organized a loner vehicle until all repairs were completed. Parts had to be ordered and when received the remaining work was completed. Had the loner vehicle for 6 days which was an experience due to the size of the ford explorer. Returned the loner and I am now driving my newly serviced 10 year old Sable. More
