People are great, service work frustrating Considering this is the second time in four months they’ve had my car for over a week for the same issue, I should be upset. However, Karen has been e Considering this is the second time in four months they’ve had my car for over a week for the same issue, I should be upset. However, Karen has been exceptionally accommodating. She understands how frustrating this process has been and has made it much easier to deal with. This is not the first time I’ve been dissatisfied with the actual service (plus last time they broke the back of my key, losing the emergency key—the guy I worked with then was less than concerned—I should have gotten a new one). I probably would have gone somewhere else but since this was for an issue they obviously didn’t fix the first time, I had to go back. Lucky I got Karen this time...because of her, I will give them another shot. More
