Carter offered guidance, explained every step, great sense of humor, (I even offered to buy him "salad" for lunch), shared his personal life, and you just knew what a special man Carter is. The dealership personnel are all friendly and helpful. My husband and son have purchased many cars together and they agreed, this was the best experience ever!
