Oliver, Service Manager and Karen W., Service Advisor are solid performer in delivering customer service. Oliver is a good listener and then he will test your car to find the problem and find resolve the issue. This service team is high touch in customer service and high tech knowledge in automobile. I wish this team more successes as they move forward. I recommend this Hempstead Lincoln service team highly and for the gold medal standard of Ford Lincoln. More

"They have enough customers so they don't need me." Disgraceful treatment of a customer, stay away! Manager Douglas Curtis didn't even know who I was and why I had complaints in the past. Deception and incompetence at levels I've never seen before. Outright lies and deception. One of the worst service experiences of my life. My elderly father brought his Ford Passenger Van to fix the rear AC suddenly blowing out hot air. He was promptly charged over 2k and told it would be done soon. After a bunch of delays, he got it back with the service person shadily saying that it works, but "only if you keep the AC on Max because it doesn't have enough power" Of course, less than a week later the same problem pops up and we bring it in for another repair. They hold it for a week and say they're currently looking at it each time I call and never call me back when I request more details. This time I finally pester them enough to talk to a service guy. Here's where it goes really downhill..... The guy says that nobody has even worked on it yet and Paul (one in charge of our service) has been out sick for the past few days. When I ask to speak to the manager, he said that "he's out on vacation this week". When I ask if there is ANYBODY in charge I can talk to, he said the main service guy is in a meeting and he'll ask him to call me back in around an hour.... No surprise that it's past that and no call right? The van is used to carry seniors every Wednesday and I asked if we could at least get a rental or rental reimbursement and he just flat out told me it wasn't possible and their rentals were all out. AVOID AVOID AVOID this place like a plague if you don't want the classic overpriced dealer shenanigans and lies. I'm more furious for the deception than anything. More

NOT SO HERE - Stan Peddle was personable, knowledgeable and understood our concerns. He was willing to take a back seat (literally, during the test drive), and not push or pressure us. Once we had decided, he arranged everything to make the whole experience a pleasure. We will recommend Stan and Hempstead Lincoln to all our friends and family. More
EASIEST LEASE RENEWAL EVER!!! I spoke with JC a few weeks ago about my lease ending soon. He showed me a couple of options. I decided to stay with a Fusion. He found me the exact c I spoke with JC a few weeks ago about my lease ending soon. He showed me a couple of options. I decided to stay with a Fusion. He found me the exact car I was looking for. I stopped in a few days later, signed a few papers, he made copies of my license, registration and insurance card. I was out of there in 10 minutes. Two days later my car was ready to pick up. I stopped by after work, signed some more papers, switched my stuff from old to new car as JC switched over the plates and I was on my way home in about 20 minutes! Thanks again JC for an awesome deal and experience!!! More
