Just doesn’t get any better! I work 2 full time jobs so I’m always pressed for time. I explained to the sales representative (Evan) what I was looking for and what I was willing to pay. He took down some key notes and went right to work and within the hour gave me a great offer. The approval process went just as smooth. He stayed in communication with me throughout the whole process and was very informative. In less than 24hrs from contacting Evan I had the deal and vehicle I wanted all without stepping foot into the dealer (due to my hectic schedule). Although he couldn’t be there when I picked up my vehicle he made sure Karen was there to make sure the pickup was just as smooth as everything else. The other staff members that were present at the time of my pickup were super friendly and everyone made sure to inform me that they are there to help me in any way they can. Now I’ve purchased many vehicles in the past but have yet to receive the kind of service I got from them. They are so good that me and my brother purchased vehicles from them. More

Top of the line Customer Service & Satisfaction I brought my Lincoln MKX SUV in to have a minor part replaced. I was immediately attended to by Karen and given a brand new Lincol loaner and I was out the door in 5-7 minutes. I received a call a couple of hours later from Karen telling me the Car was ready. I said they are done already? I really wasn’t surprised they really do take care of their Customers from the second you pull into the garage to the second you sign back out. Hempstead Ford/Lincoln is an organized and thorough operation. Karen who takes care of me every time I go in is such a sweetheart, she greets me with a smile and a big hello and she makes sure I’m always out quickly and I leave satisfied. I could not be more pleased with their entire team! Outstanding!!! More
