It helps when you know what you want and Stan was extremely helpful. He was courteous, personable and very knowledgeable. Stan went over everything I needed to know about this car and had it set up to go when I picked it up. He understood what I wanted, took care of any concerns and all the paperwork was very organized and ready when I picked up the car. Extremely Helpful! I own a Ford Expedition EL. I brought the truck in for service because the back AC unit went out. This is the 4th time I brought it in and unfortuna I own a Ford Expedition EL. I brought the truck in for service because the back AC unit went out. This is the 4th time I brought it in and unfortunately the mechanics there are unable to diagnose the problem. With that being said, Juan and Maria have been super helpful with the situation. Constantly calling me to give me an update. They also gave me a loaner car which was beyond the call of duty because I know Ford owners don't get a loaner when their car/truck is in service because I was never allowed to have a loaner before. Having the loaner has really helped me as I have three children. They first gave me a sedan and then told me to switch to an SUV. They are beyond caring and helpful. Juan and Maria have gone above and beyond the call of duty to help me. I'm grateful they work at Hempstead Ford and will continue to use either of them going forward. More
