After no luck finding what I wanted in a car, a friend recommended Hempstead Ford Lincoln and put me in touch with Kimberly there. She was excellent and provided me with the service that I needed. I went in with an idea of the two models I was interested in, what my needs were, and what I could afford. Kimberly worked with me on this, laid out all of my options, and explained everything thoroughly. They helped me make the most of my money and even worked with me on Recent Grad benefits that I didn't realize I was eligible for. Talk about friendly and helpful! It was a simple, straightforward, and very friendly process throughout my whole experience. Compared to the stereotypical headache of buying a car (I had already had previous dealership experiences elsewhere), this was just what I needed. I would certainly recommend this dealership to others! More
