Two thumbs up I bring my truck in for oil changes, tire rotation and everything else the truck needs. The service is second to nun. I purchased the truck from them and the service is one of the reasons I keep going back. the service consultant Charlie is great. He get you in and out so you aren't sitting around all day. Great Sales and Service When I first bought my F-150 (2011), the sales department gave me the best deal on my trade-in, and bottom line price of the truck. Since then, HFL s When I first bought my F-150 (2011), the sales department gave me the best deal on my trade-in, and bottom line price of the truck. Since then, HFL sends me frequent emails - related to the ownership of my vehicle. I am reminded of service (for my vehicle) when it is due, I am made aware of service specials when they are available, and I am often sent tips on best practices for vehicle ownership. The last three times I brought the truck in for service, I have worked with Charlie Durante (Service Consultant). Charlie is knowledgeable and honest. He knows my truck's service history, and works with me on what is needed in the future. When it came to replacing the tires, he called me before I brought the truck in - so that he could find a tire that worked with my preference for function, look and pricing. He had the tires delivered to the dealer, and they were there waiting for the truck - so that I could have the truck back ASAP. Charlie represents the dealership and Ford in the most professional and courteous way - and he is a great guy in general. When my wife and I are ready for a new vehicle, HFL is the first place we will go. Thank you! More
