Vanessa, at Hempstead Ford Lincoln we aim for 100% satisfaction. Unfortunately, with this particular vehicle, there was a problem with the transmission. We fixed the faulty transmission three times to the Ford manufacturers' specs and standards. As we mentioned when you called the dealership, we cannot tow vehicles and it was suggested that you contact roadside assistance to bring the vehicle back to our dealership. We can assure you that our customers safety and satisfaction is always a main priority.

No one told me they were waiting for a part. I was told they just did begin work on the car yet because they were busy. They will treat you like an idiot once they have your car. The sensors on the Ford are designed to burn out frequently and every sensor is $1000 to replace (labor, the actual part is cheap). Do not go there. Do not buy a Ford. The dealership must write all their positive reviews.
