John Lydon is the Ultimate Professional! Bought my car at the Ford Dealership in NYC, but it closed down a couple of years ago. Since the first phone call to them, I got put in contact with John Lydon, who is the ultimate professional. I have had lots of work done to my car and he has been incredibly helpful, responseful and extremely kind. Besides the fact that he calls daily to update me on the status of my car, he takes pride is being the best at what he does, and the work shows. Heated Seat Repair Heated seats were not working and I was give a road home. When Charlie found out he would need to keep the car overnight, I was given a loaner car. When they needed to get a part to make the repair, again I got a loaner car. Charlie was courteous and explained everything concisely. When the car was ready, I received my car back in a quick and efficient manner. The experience was a very positive one. More

Service dept I recently brought in my car for service and all I have to say is that Karen Wunderlich the service advisor was great in taken care of us.
