Happy to have my car back i100% I have leased a Lincoln/mercury for at least 15 to20 years. It was hard for me to chance. however about 8 years ago I came into the showroom and met Karen in Sales which was a ray of sunshine and I have only dealt with Hempstead center since. Service experience Just recently I was overdue for an oil change. Called the service department and they fit me in to there tight schedule. My service writer Karen was Just recently I was overdue for an oil change. Called the service department and they fit me in to there tight schedule. My service writer Karen was fantastic. Offered me a loner car but I didn't mind waiting for my vehicle. As well as a free cup of coffe or water! Took some time to look into the new continental before I new it my vehicle was ready. Karen called me in to revue the service that was performed and was very please with what was done. As well the price was very good for what was called 40,000 Mile service.
