Service experience Just recently I was overdue for an oil change. Called the service department and they fit me in to there tight schedule. My service writer Karen was Just recently I was overdue for an oil change. Called the service department and they fit me in to there tight schedule. My service writer Karen was fantastic. Offered me a loner car but I didn't mind waiting for my vehicle. As well as a free cup of coffe or water! Took some time to look into the new continental before I new it my vehicle was ready. Karen called me in to revue the service that was performed and was very please with what was done. As well the price was very good for what was called 40,000 Mile service. Easy scheduling of requested service, free yearly inspections quick and reliable service. Great communication. When giving me a loaner I asked for an SUV and was given a fully loaded 2016 model of the same car I brought in for service. She took the time to answer all of the questions I had with my car and was just super helpful and nice! I recommend if your making a service appointment to deal with her you won't be disappointed.
