UNFORTUNATLEY, MY 2012 FORD EXPLORER EXPERIENCED A MECHANICAL FAILURE THAT SHUT DOWN ALL THE POWER FUNCTIONS IN THE CAR. AFTER FRANTICALLY SEARCHING FOR A FACILITY THAT MIGHT STILL BE OPEN, AND ABLE TO DIAGNOSE/REPAIR THE PROBLEM, I WAS DIRECTED TO HEMPSTEAD FORD LINCOLN. Best Experience I have been through the car buying and selling process more than a dozen times and this was by far and away my favorite experience. My sales person Ev I have been through the car buying and selling process more than a dozen times and this was by far and away my favorite experience. My sales person Evan guided me through the process of trading in my car and subsequently leasing my new Lincoln MKX. The salesperson was completely honest, and very transparent. There were multiple options provided to me in a very clear manner. The numbers for each option were clearly explained and the process was simple and gave me no reason to question the integrity of any of the figures that were provided. I called the dealer and explained that I wanted to make an appointment to stop by and have someone make sure there was no major issue and I explained I wanted to wait, I did not mind waiting a few hours because I don't mind reading a book. She was very stuck on her canned response about not knowing how long it would take and that I should not wait. I asked to speak to her supervisor and he settled the issue immediately by advising that I should show up at 7am and they would take care of it. At 7am the nicest people helped myself and other clients check in cars for service. John Lydon helped me. He could not of been nicer and more professional. They solved my problem and did an oil change and rotated tires etc. I was out in a no time and I could not be more happy with the service at this dealer. I don't hold it against them for having to ask for her manager, that's why she has one. I left one star off because I don't think anyone deserves 5 stars except of Eisenhower. More
