One suggestion on the Vehicle Report Card: If you summarized the information provided after a service appointment by assigning a letter grade to the overall condition of my car (A, A-, B, B-, etc.), I can guarantee you I would keep bringing it back until I got the "A." Professional, prompt, courteous! I brought my car in for a minor repair. I was given an appointment for the very next day, at the time I requested. Although I arrived a bit early, it seemed as if the staff was waiting for me! Each person I met could not have been nicer. I was provided with a rental car for the day and was called well within the expected window that my car was ready for pickup. They even offered a free car wash, which I declined, as the car had just been washed the day before. Charlie told me I could stop by any time for that complimentary washable!! Can't beat the care I received at this dealerships! We will be in the market for another car very soon. You can bet Hempstead Ford Lincoln will be our first stop! More
