Professional, prompt, courteous! I brought my car in for a minor repair. I was given an appointment for the very next day, at the time I requested. Although I arrived a bit early, it seemed as if the staff was waiting for me! Each person I met could not have been nicer. I was provided with a rental car for the day and was called well within the expected window that my car was ready for pickup. They even offered a free car wash, which I declined, as the car had just been washed the day before. Charlie told me I could stop by any time for that complimentary washable!! Can't beat the care I received at this dealerships! We will be in the market for another car very soon. You can bet Hempstead Ford Lincoln will be our first stop! More

Greatest experience Ever of my eight years of living in NY.
